Are you looking for a unique, educational and fun experience for your next party or special event?  Birthday Adventures offers parties at the Hayward Airport that allows participants to experience a real aviation adventure!  Children of all ages have experienced the fun and are learning about aviation!  Our dedicated staff can take care of everything and our party options include food, decorations, souvenir photo (no need for a goodie bag)
and more!  

Package #1

• $500: weekend (Fri-Sun) or $450: weekday (Mon-Thurs.)
• Price includes the following for 10 children:
• An introductory talk about aviation
• Build and take home a balsawood glider
• Sit in the cockpit of an actual airplane
• Fly a flight simulator-each child gets to attempt a landing on an aircraft carrier
• Souvenir photo
• 2 large pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) 12 slices each
• 1/4 sheet cake decorated in aviation theme (gluten-free available for $10 add'l fee)
• 1 t-shirt & hat for birthday child
• Decorated room to celebrate including all paper goods & candles
• 2-hour party
• Flight around the traffic pattern with up to three occupants in an aircraft piloted by a licensed FAA Flight Instructor appx 10 minutes

$20 per child up to 14 children; each additional child add $12 (Mon-Thurs)

$25 per child up to 14 children; each additional child add $12 (Fri-Sun)

Add on items: 8x10 photo of birthday child in cockpit $10

$700: weekend (Fri-Sun) or $650: weekday (Mon-Thurs.)

All of the above plus:
California Airways hat or t-shirt for 9 additional children


No outside food allowed. Special orders can be arranged
